Kurukali, February 2025 – Two faculty members of Bhogawati Mahavidyalaya, Kurukali—Dr. Uday Patil and Mrs. Malekar—actively participated in the workshop on “Ethics and Values in Higher Education†held at Asia Plateau, Panchgani, in collaboration with the Maharashtra State Faculty Development Academy (MSFDA).
The workshop, organized by Initiatives of Change (IofC) Panchgani, was designed to promote introspection, ethical leadership, and institutional excellence in higher education. Through engaging activities, discussions, and interactive sessions, the program encouraged participants to embrace transformational leadership and uphold ethical values in their professional and institutional roles.
