A one-day workshop on “Skills Required for Science Students to Get Hired in Pharma or Chemical Industry” was successfully conducted on Thursday, 6th February 2025 at Bhogawati Mahavidyalaya, Kurukali, jointly organized by the Department of Chemistry, Placement Cell, and IQAC, bhogati Mahavidyalaya, Kurukuli.
The keynote speaker for the workshop was Dr. Ajit Ekal (Managing Director, Insta Vision Laboratory and Services, Satara), who provided in-depth guidance on preparing for job interviews, appropriate attire, professional attitude, effective presentation skills, and essential skills required for securing a job in the pharma or chemical industry.
In his presidential address, Principal Dr. D. A. Chougule emphasized “How to Make the Most of Opportunities?”, offering insightful advice to the students. The workshop introduction was delivered by Dr. D. K. Dalavi, Head of the Department of Chemistry and IQAC Coordinator, while Vice-Principal Prof. N. M. Patil proposed the vote of thanks.
The workshop saw active participation from postgraduate students, along with faculty members, including Sambhaji Patil Sir, Aamte madam, Dhere madam. Students enthusiastically engaged in the session, gaining valuable knowledge about the skills required to excel in the pharma and chemical industries.

भोगावती महाविद्यालय, कुरुकली येथे रसायनशास्त्र विभाग, प्लेसमेंट सेल आणि IQAC यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने “Skills Required for Science Students to Get Hired in Pharma or Chemical Industry” या विषयावर एकदिवसीय कार्यशाळा गुरुवार, 6 फेब्रुवारी 2025 रोजी संपन्न झाली.
या कार्यशाळेस प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक म्हणून डॉ. अजित एकल (Managing Director, Insta Vision Laboratory and Services, Satara) यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना फार्मा व केमिकल इंडस्ट्रीमध्ये नोकरी मिळवण्यासाठी आवश्यक कौशल्ये याबाबत सखोल मार्गदर्शन केले. त्यांनी मुलाखतीची तयारी, वेशभूषा, योग्य दृष्टिकोन, प्रभावी सादरीकरण, तसेच यशस्वी नोकरीसाठी आवश्यक असणाऱ्या विविध कौशल्यांवर मोलाचे मार्गदर्शन केले.
कार्यशाळेच्या अध्यक्षीय भाषणात प्राचार्य डी. ए. चौगुले सर यांनी “संधीचे सोने कसे करावे?” या विषयावर प्रेरणादायी मार्गदर्शन केले. कार्यशाळेचे प्रास्ताविक रसायनशास्त्र विभाग प्रमुख आणि IQAC समन्वयक डॉ. डी. के. दळवी सर यांनी केले. उपप्राचार्य एन. एम. पाटील सर यांनी आभार प्रदर्शन केले.
या कार्यशाळेस संभाजी पाटील सर, आमते मॅडम, ढेरे मॅडम तसेच पदव्युत्तर स्तरावरील सर्व विद्यार्थी मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते. विद्यार्थ्यांनी या कार्यशाळेत मोठ्या उत्साहाने सहभाग घेतला व उद्योगजगतामधील नोकरीच्या संधींसाठी कोणती कौशल्ये विकसित करावीत याची सखोल माहिती मिळवली.
