Objective of the Program:

1. To celebrate Marathi Rajyabhasha Din and promote awareness about the significance of the Marathi language.
2. To educate students and faculty members about the movement and historical importance of Marathi as the state language.
3. To encourage the use of Marathi in academic and administrative communication.
4. To honor the literary contributions of Marathi writers and poets.

Program Details:

The celebration of Marathi Rajyabhasha Din was organized by the Department of Marathi at Bhogawati Mahavidyalaya, Kurukali, on 27 January 2025. The program was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Principal Dr. D. A. Chougale, who inaugurated the event and highlighted the importance of Marathi as a language of heritage and culture.

Dr. S. A. Vathkar, the Head of the Marathi Department and the program coordinator, welcomed the attendees and spoke about the significance of Marathi Rajyabhasha Din. She provided insights into the history of the Marathi language movement and its role in shaping linguistic identity in Maharashtra.

कार्यक्रमाचे उद्दिष्ट:

१. मराठी राजभाषा दिन साजरा करणे आणि मराठी भाषेचे महत्त्व पटवून देणे.
२. विद्यार्थी व शिक्षकांना मराठी भाषा चळवळीचा इतिहास व राज्यभाषेचे महत्त्व समजावून सांगणे.
३. शैक्षणिक व प्रशासकीय व्यवहारात मराठीचा अधिकाधिक वापर प्रोत्साहित करणे.
४. मराठी साहित्यिकांचे योगदान गौरवणे.

कार्यक्रमाचा आढावा:

भोगावती महाविद्यालय, कुरुकली येथे २७ जानेवारी २०२५ रोजी मराठी राजभाषा दिन साजरा करण्यात आला. या कार्यक्रमाचे उद्घाटन प्राचार्य डॉ. डी. ए. चौगुले यांनी केले व मराठी भाषेच्या वारसा आणि संस्कृतीतील महत्त्वावर भाष्य केले.

कार्यक्रम समन्वयक व मराठी विभाग प्रमुख डॉ. एस. ए. व्हटकर यांनी उपस्थितांचे स्वागत केले व मराठी राजभाषा दिनाचे महत्त्व सांगितले. तसेच, मराठी भाषा चळवळीचा इतिहास व महाराष्ट्राच्या भाषिक ओळखीमध्ये तिची भूमिका याविषयी माहिती दिली.

मुख्य वक्ते व प्राध्यापकांची उपस्थिती:

कार्यक्रमात अनेक मान्यवर प्राध्यापक उपस्थित होते आणि त्यांनी मराठी भाषा जतन व संवर्धन करण्याच्या गरजेवर आपले विचार मांडले. उपस्थित शिक्षक खालीलप्रमाणे:

सर्व प्राध्यापकांनी मराठी साहित्यातील समृद्ध वारसा आणि शिक्षण व प्रशासनात मराठी भाषेच्या भूमिकेबाबत आपले विचार मांडले. विद्यार्थ्यांनी मराठीत वाचन, लेखन व संभाषण करण्याची गरज अधोरेखित करण्यात आली.

विद्यार्थ्यांचा सहभाग आणि उपक्रम:

कार्यक्रमास मोठ्या संख्येने विद्यार्थी आणि शिक्षक उपस्थित होते. विद्यार्थ्यांनी भाषणे, कवितांचे सादरीकरण आणि मराठी साहित्याचे महत्त्व दर्शविणाऱ्या निबंधांचे वाचन केले. विविध उपक्रमांद्वारे विद्यार्थ्यांना महाराष्ट्राच्या समृद्ध भाषिक वारशाबाबत जागरूक करण्यात आले.

कार्यक्रमाचे परिणाम:

१. विद्यार्थी व शिक्षकांमध्ये मराठी राज्यभाषेचे महत्त्व अधिक स्पष्ट झाले.
२. विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये मराठी साहित्य आणि भाषेच्या अभ्यासाविषयी रुची वाढली.
३. संस्थेमध्ये अधिकृत संवादासाठी मराठीच्या वापरास प्रोत्साहन मिळाले.
४. मराठी भाषा जतन व संवर्धन करण्याचा दृढ संकल्प निर्माण झाला.

निष्कर्ष:

मराठी राजभाषा दिन साजरा करण्याचा हा उपक्रम यशस्वी ठरला. विद्यार्थ्यांनी आणि शिक्षकांनी उत्स्फूर्तपणे सहभाग घेतला. या कार्यक्रमाद्वारे मराठी भाषा व साहित्याचे शैक्षणिक आणि सांस्कृतिक क्षेत्रातील महत्त्व अधोरेखित करण्यात आले. मराठी विभाग प्रमुख डॉ. एस. ए. वाटखर यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली हा कार्यक्रम प्रभावीपणे आयोजित करण्यात आला व सर्वांसाठी एक संस्मरणीय व शैक्षणिक अनुभव ठरला.
