Bhogawati Mahavidyalaya’s Ex-Student Mrs. Teja Patil Awarded Ph.D. by Shivaji University
Kolhapur, Date: Bhogawati Mahavidyalaya’s former student, Mrs. Teja Patil from the Department of Physics, has been awarded a Ph.D. degree by Shivaji University, Kolhapur for her research in the field of Physics.
Her research work, titled “Studies on the Chemical Route Synthesis of Copper-Cobalt Oxide Conducting Polymer Composite for Supercapacitor Applications,” was conducted under the guidance of Dr. V. P. Kothawale of Bhogawati Mahavidyalaya.
Dr. V. P. Malekar, Associate Professor at Bhogawati Mahavidyalaya, supervised her research, which focuses on the development of advanced materials for energy storage applications.
Mrs. Teja Patil has contributed significantly to the scientific community by publishing more than 11 research papers in reputed international journals.
This is a great achievement for Bhogawati Mahavidyalaya, showcasing the academic excellence and research culture nurtured at the institution.

कोल्हापूर, दिनांक: भोगावती महाविद्यालयाच्या भौतिकशास्त्र विभागाच्या माजी विद्यार्थिनी सौ. तेजा पाटील यांना शिवाजी विद्यापीठ, कोल्हापूर द्वारे पीएच.डी. पदवी प्रदान करण्यात आली आहे. त्यांचा हा शोधकार्य साहित्य विज्ञान क्षेत्रात महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान देणारा आहे.
त्यांचे संशोधन प्रबंध “कॉपर-कोबाल्ट ऑक्साइड कंडक्टिंग पॉलिमर कॉम्पोझिटचे केमिकल रूट सिंथेसिस व सुपरकॅपेसिटर अनुप्रयोगांसाठी त्याचा अभ्यास” या विषयावर आधारित आहे. हे संशोधन भोगावती महाविद्यालयातील डॉ. व्ही. पी. कोठावळे यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली पूर्ण झाले.
डॉ. व्ही. पी. मालेकर, भोगावती महाविद्यालयाचे सहयोगी प्राध्यापक, यांनी त्यांच्या संशोधनाचे नेतृत्व केले असून हे कार्य ऊर्जा संचयनासाठी प्रगत साहित्याच्या विकासावर केंद्रित आहे.
सौ. तेजा पाटील यांनी आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावरील प्रसिद्ध संशोधन जर्नल्समध्ये ११ हून अधिक संशोधन लेख प्रकाशित करून वैज्ञानिक क्षेत्रात महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान दिले आहे.
भोगावती महाविद्यालयातून मार्गदर्शन घेऊन पी एच डी ही पदवी प्राप्त करणारी ती पहिलीच विद्यार्थीनी ठरली आहे.. हा भोगावती महाविद्यालयासाठी एक मोठा सन्मान असून संस्थेने विकसित केलेल्या शैक्षणिक उत्कृष्टता आणि संशोधन परंपरेचे प्रतीक आहे.
